At BOOX Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your e-reader experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the BOOX device, along with all original accessories and manuals, into its original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
